Touche is an optional glamour enhancement that subtly smooths minor blemishes and fine lines in your headshot. It gives you a polished, 'best day' look while keeping your natural appearance fully intact. You can enable it in the Advanced settings before generating.

No. Touche applies only subtle refinements — think of it like a professional retoucher gently smoothing skin texture. Your facial structure, skin tone, and identity remain exactly the same. It adds 0.5 credit per image and is completely optional.

Your photos are processed securely and deleted within 30 days. They are never shared with third parties or used to train AI models.

All data is stored on secure European servers. We are fully GDPR compliant, and all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Yes. You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data at any time. Contact privacy@faceshot.ai for any data-related requests.

Only you. Access is limited to a small number of authorized employees for support purposes only. Your photos are never shared with third parties.

FaceShot makes headshots and portraits from one selfie. It does not offer SSO (SAML or OIDC), an API or integrations with other tools, or in-person photo shoots. It also does not train a personal model on dozens of your photos; if you need many near-identical shots from a large photo set, a multi-photo service or a photographer may suit you better.

Yes. Every plan can be paid yearly at 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free, and your credits are still added every month. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. If you only need headshots once, a one-time credit pack (from €6 for 10 credits) may be cheaper than a subscription.

On a free account, generated images are deleted after 30 days. Headshots you generate while on a paid plan are kept. The selfies you upload are deleted within 30 days on every plan.
